Book Recommendations Roundup - Spring Break Reads, What’s Coming in Q2

Y’all know I love to keep my finger on the pulse of the book publishing industry so I always know what’s hot, a must read, a new author to discover or an escape from all the things vying for my attention. Here are a few that I think you should seriously consider. One of these is going in my beach bag for Spring Break.

• Reminders of Him by Colleen Hoover (I’m reading this for book club right now.)

• Vegan at Times: 120+ Recipes for Every Day or Every So Often by Jessica Seinfeld (I’m not vegan, but I’m loving these recipes and finding that my meat-loving guys are too.)

• Out of Sorts: Making Peace with an Evolving Faith by Sarah Bessey (This is something I’m personally walking through - challenging and contemplating my own evolving faith - and Sarah’s words are like salve to the wound.)

• The School for Good Mothers by Jessamine Chan. (I just finished this and my blood was boiling, but in the best possible way. Exactly what you want out of a thought-provoking, conversation-starting debut novel.)

I love all types of books which makes it hard to just choose from one genre. I know these are all very different but I’d recommend any of these titles for a fun read over Spring Break.

• Will (10/10 recommend the audiobook)

• Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know

I love all things restaurants and hospitality, and my book selections usually reflect this! Here are a few of my fiction and non-fiction favorites:
